An Analytics tool for Blogger

When I got the news that google has a website traffic analysis service Google Analytics, it’s too late for me to get the free service work on my blog. Because it has experienced extremely strong demand since google released this product and the sign-up has been closed alrealy. It’s so bad and I had to search for other tools to observe the traffic statistic of my Blog. Until now I have used 3 products: extremetracking, AXS and now Performancing Metrics.Although each of the 3 has both its and advantages and disadvantages, I prefer the last one, Performancing Metrics.

I love the third tool because I am a blogger and it’s Blog-centric. While a lot of free statistics tools there and few of them are tailored specially for blogs. This is the one.
The installation is pretty easy. All you have to do is copy and paste some code into your template and it will kick in. Once you enter a blog’s metrics page you’re confronted with the dashboard for Performancing’s Metrics. This is the screen shot of its dashboard.

Performancing
  • The ‘visitors’ Category shows the detail stat of your visitors such as total number of visitors, repeat visitors and new visitors. It also gives the info of Language, bowers and screen resolution of the visitors.
  • The Activity Category gives the stats of activities occur in your Blog such as how many comments has been posted.
  • The marketing Category tells you the figure of adsense clicks, referrers from search engines and outbound links
  • I guess this is a system that many bloggers are looking for. Great job to the team at Performancing!
